Overview

All studios have their own process to discover the best visual solution, inherently we do too.

The Design Process

The design process relies on 3 major steps in the development of any project type.

Depending on the requested project some phases require more time than others to ensure the best culmination of ideas, but you can be sure equal attention to detail is evident through every phase.

The General timeline begins with the research and discovery phase. This is followed by the concept and design phase in which there are 3 rounds of reviews. The first round is a presentation of a wide range of ideas to try and determine what the aesthetic of the client is. Usually the choices are narrowed down to 3-5 concepts. The second round provides a clearer picture of the direction the project is going. After receiving input from the client we can begin to pinpoint what visual solution works best and move on the the final review. In the final review there should be a definitive solution chosen and then the production phase can begin. The production phase requires that all materials and elements of the crafted design be implemented in a cohesive manner with great attention to detail.
